Summary: Overall the hotel was fine, but was not very clean. We came into our room and found that the sheets were dirty and stained with makeup stains and crusty spots. The light switches and phone were filthy. The bathtub did not drain well. One elevator was out of order, inconvenient but nothing big. The pool was the highlight for the kids but the shallow entry was slippery and dangerous. We slipped and fell. Overall our 3 night stay was fine, but we probably will not return.

Summary: Our kids had an absolute blast at the hotel water features, especially with the pool and slides—they really loved them! The breakfast was decent, offering a satisfactory start to our mornings. However, there were a couple of significant drawbacks. The hotel lobby had a very strong perfume scent which might be an issue if you're sensitive to smells. We also noticed the floors were quite sticky in both the breakfast area and our hotel room, which was a bit off-putting. Ultimately, these issues led us to cut our trip short by a day to find a more comfortable hotel closer to home. We were okay with eating the cost of the unused night.

Summary: So I don't leave reviews often but this one gave me so many mixed feelings that I think I should. I mainly booked this hotel because the reviews were good, the pool looked good for the kids, and the price was right. However, upon arrival I had to wait to get checked in because of a line of people which was fine I didn't mind waiting but the elevator was right there in the lobby and ALOT of people were waiting for it. It was stuck on the 4th floor the whole time I was in line. Never moved once. People kept coming to the front desk lady to complain while she was trying to get everyone checked in. Once checked in I went outside to get my family and things came back in the elevator still hadn't moved. I felt for the families that had kids cause they said they were on the 7th floor. Come to find out the elevator on the other end of the hotel was also out of order so the stairs were the only option at that point. We were on the 2nd floor which was nice we didn't have to climb to the top. Once in the room , It was pretty clean, the AC was cold, and you could tell it had been updated. no issues with the room. the next morning breakfast was decent, nothing fancy. When it comes to the pool, the kids loved it, However as a parent I saw a few things that were pretty concerning, mainly safety things. there were no drains on the outside of the pool on the floor so every time someone got out water was just everywhere. several kids slipped. Would I stay here again? maybe if I was in the area

Summary: There were a lot of homeless people. It took forever to get checked in. The pack and play for my 2 year old was very dirty. The bed was amazing and they had great pillows.

Summary: Front desk workers were rude. Elevator stopped working a few times during our stay. Witnessed another customer complain because they gave her the keys to a room that was already occupied which is so dangerous and the front desk agent had the nerve to tell her if she didn’t like it she could leave. How about NO do your job right. That is such a safety issue for the person already in the room not to mention the other lady.

Summary: Our stay was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable room was clean, ac worked great, quiet. Nice selection for breakfast.

Summary: The hotel is old and appears not to be in the greatest area. A bum shack was set up on the sidewalk outside the entrance. Also the next morning another bum set of bums were fighting over who got to sit in the corner street recliner! The staff was on personal phone calls both at check in and check out. Clearly they have no interest in working at the hotel. I really question the type of hotels hotels.com allows on their website. Our last two we had on this road trip were a bust. Both in different states. Oh, and breakfast was terrible too.

Summary: We had a nice stay here. The rooms could use better cleaning and better service in the hotel. I had a clogged toilet I had to wait over an hour to have unclogged and the maintenance man fixed it but left a mess. One of our rooms keys would not work do they moved us to another room giving a free upgrade which was great service by the manager. The breakfast was good and the pool was the best family pool I’ve been to in a smaller hotel! The kids had a blast with the slide and water features! A couple of suggestions: your room curtains need to be shortened over the wall unit for cooling and heat. It is annoying to have to stack the curtains on top of the wall unit so you can feel the air. This would be an easy adjustment and would make your hotel look like planning took place. The stairwell is very dirt and beat up. I recommend painting it which would significantly enhance the overall feel. Overall a nice stay but could use some TLC.

Summary: The rooms were clean and very nice! The beds were comfortable. The pool was great and my 10 month old loved it! A nice shallow end and some fun water features. There was a little kiosk in the lobby with items avaliable for purchase. Breakfast was great! Lots of options and the food was delicious.
